Competition

These past few days I learned an important lesson.

While watching Amadeus the play at the Athaneum on Saturday night, I saw what competition does to a human, its wretched and selfish saunter, disguising itself as motivation in a most deceptive way.

But little did I know that this was perfectly relevant to me, after receiving my overall result for a CA subject, and then finding out my score today.

It's a very delicate balancing act between being confident and being arrogant, being humble and being a pushover. I also want to remember that almost doesn't count.
